CHAINGUARD ACTIONS

Chainguard Actions  entitles Customer to  access and use the Chainguard offerings known as Chainguard Actions  across all Customer repositories and applications, subject to the usage limits (e.g., a maximum number of minutes per annum) and other usage parameters set forth in such Order. If Customer’s usage exceeds such usage parameters, Chainguard can either (a) invoice Customer for Fees owing in arrears at the cost-per-minute (“CPM”) indicated in the applicable Order, or (b) require the parties to negotiate in good faith an amended or replacement Order reflecting Customer’s actual usage requirements. Any unused portions thereof are non-assignable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and do not carry-over to subsequent Orders. Chainguard Actions are Technology Previews and are not generally available Chainguard Products.
