Patrick Smyth is a Principal Developer Relations Engineer at Chainguard. In a former life, he ran data science bootcamps for researchers at Columbia University, and he's worked on data science and training initiatives with FOSS-driven organizations such as James Webb, Sigstore, and Pandas. Patrick has a PhD in the Digital Humanities from the City University of New York. When he's not hanging out with his wife and daughter in Queens, Patrick can be found sitting in a frozen lake or hitting the sauna.
