CHAINGUARD CONTAINERS - CATALOG 

As used in an Order, the term “developer” means each individual who contributes to, works on, or manages the development or maintenance of containerized software components for Customer. The number of developers authorized to use Chainguard Containers and related Services hereunder is limited on a monthly basis to the number indicated on the Order. Usage in excess of the subscribed limits is not permitted unless reconciled through a corresponding true-up.

Chainguard Containers – Catalog Advanced entitles Customer’s authorized developers to full access to the Chainguard Containers catalog of Base, Application, and AI container images, without restriction on the number of pulls of such images. This offering is also subject to the CVE Policy. 

Chainguard Containers – Catalog Advanced with FIPS entitles Customer’s authorized developers to full access to the Chainguard Containers catalog of Base, Application, FIPS-validated and AI container images, without restriction on the number of pulls of such images. This offering is also subject to, as applicable, the CVE Policy, the DISA-STIG Commitment and the FIPS Commitment.

CHAINGUARD CONTAINERS: PER-IMAGE 

Chainguard Containers – Per Image Advanced entitles Customer to the Chainguard Containers indicated on the Order without restriction on the number of pulls of such container images. This offering is also subject to, as applicable, the CVE Policy, the DISA-STIG Commitment and the FIPS Commitment.
