CHAINGUARD LIBRARIES

As used in an Order, the term “developer” means each individual who contributes to, works on, or manages the development or maintenance of containerized software components for Customer. The number of developers authorized to use Chainguard Libraries  is limited on a monthly basis to the number indicated on the Order for each such library language purchased thereunder. Usage in excess of the subscribed limits is not permitted unless reconciled through a corresponding true-up.

Chainguard Libraries entitles Customer’s authorized developers to full access to the Chainguard Libraries - without restriction on the number of pulls of such libraries.
